Jason Woodard is a dedicated real estate agent with Greenridge Realty whose top priority is listening to and caring about his clients’ needs and desires—no matter how long it takes to help them achieve their goals.
Born and raised in the countryside between Ionia and Belding, Jason continues to call the area home along with his wife, Christi, their two daughters, and their son.
After graduating from Ionia High School, he spent 13 years working full-timme in construction, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the building trades.
This background gives him unique insight into helping clients see the true potential of a property and envision how a house can become their dream home.
In addition to his real estate career, Jason is an active member of his community, lending a hand wherever it’s needed. He enjoys the outdoors and has a passion for hunting, fishing, softball,and taking walks with his family.
